Destination weddings in Mallorca

A seaside ceremony, a long dinner under olive trees, your closest people. We design and coordinate weddings and elopements in Mallorca for couples who live far away and want to enjoy the day instead of managing it.

Planning from far away, made simple

Most of our couples plan from another country and another time zone. We handle the details that are hard to manage remotely: choosing and visiting locations, working with local vendors, styling, timelines and the schedule on the day itself.

You get one point of contact who speaks English, German and Spanish, clear steps, and a plan you can follow without flying in for every decision.

What we take care of

  • Concept, mood board and styling of ceremony, dinner and party
  • Location search: coastal terraces, fincas, olive groves, boutique hotels
  • Coordination of vendors on the island: catering, flowers, music, photography
  • Guest logistics: transfers, welcome moments, schedule for the weekend
  • On-site coordination from set-up to last dance

Why Mallorca

Mallorca offers sea views, mountain light, stone villages and a long season. Many couples choose May, June, September or October for pleasant temperatures and softer light. Palma airport has seasonal and year-round connections from major European hubs, and direct flights from some US cities operate in summer. Schedules change each year, so check current routes when you plan your travel.

Elopements and intimate weddings

Not every wedding needs a hundred guests. We plan elopements and small celebrations for two to thirty people: a sunset ceremony, a private dinner, flowers and a photographer. Larger weddings follow the same structure with more moving parts.

Legal ceremony and symbolic ceremony

Rules for marrying in Spain depend on your nationality, residence and the type of ceremony. Many international couples complete the legal marriage at home and celebrate with a symbolic ceremony in Mallorca. We can share what we know and coordinate with your local registry or an attorney, but we do not give legal advice. Please confirm requirements with the competent authorities.

Frequently asked questions

Do you speak English?

Yes. Our team works in English, German and Spanish, and we are used to planning with couples in different time zones.

Can you plan a wedding if we cannot visit before the date?

In many cases yes. We scout locations and vendors for you and share photos, videos and a clear proposal. If you can, we recommend a short visit before the wedding.

When is the best time to marry in Mallorca?

Many couples prefer May, June, September and early October. Summer is warm and busy, so book locations early.

How far in advance should we book?

Popular weekends can be booked a year or more ahead. Shorter timelines are possible depending on availability. Contact us with your date and we will tell you honestly what is realistic.

Is a legal wedding in Mallorca possible for US citizens?

It can be possible, but requirements depend on your situation. We cannot give legal advice. Many couples marry legally at home and hold their ceremony in Mallorca. Please check with the authorities.
